All products sold on this website are digital sewing patterns delivered electronically. Because digital files cannot be physically returned, all sales of digital products are final. After purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital items.

Technical Issues

If you experience any problems with your files — such as download errors, corrupted files, missing pages, or difficulty opening the pattern — please contact us. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve technical issues and ensure you receive the files you purchased.

Incorrect Size Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the wrong size, we offer a one time size correction as a long‑term courtesy. This means you may request a size correction once, regardless of how many orders you place. After this onetime correction has been provided, any additional size changes will require a new purchase.

To request your size correction, please contact us with your order number and the size you intended to buy.
